Here is our returns and refunds policy.

We will not return or give any refunds after a cage has been set up!!  It is impossible for us to sell a used cage.  We will accept returns only with prior authorization from Dave.  There will be 35% restocking fee for cages that have been previously authorized for return, and you will be expected to pay for all shipping costs.
